Job summary

Aventus E-commerce Corp. in Metro Manila seeks a detail-oriented Sales Operations Associate to manage sales orders, quotations, invoices, and delivery documents, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

You will encode customer and sales data, monitor orders from placement to delivery, maintain organized records, and generate daily to monthly sales reports while coordinating with the Sales Team on pending or problematic transactions.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain sales orders, quotations, invoices, delivery documents, and other sales-related records.
• Encode and update customer and sales transaction information in the system.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of sales documents before processing.
• Monitor the status of sales orders from order placement through delivery/completion.
• Maintain organized and updated sales files and records.
• Assist in the preparation and processing of sales-related forms and documents.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team regarding pending, incomplete, or problematic transactions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as required.
• Monitor sales performance, sales targets, pending orders, and completed transactions.
