The Senior Operations Manager is responsible in managing resource management team and the clients they support. This person will take full ownership on supervising, managing and motivating this team.
Responsibilities
- Leading a team of resource management executives and sales coordination team.
- Provide guidance to ensure that activities align with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
- Monitor the performance in handling recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance.
- Collaborate with the HR Manager to develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure the HR department has adequate resources, including budget and manpower, to carry out its functions effectively.
- Guide the team in providing tailored sales solutions, coaching, and advice to business unit leaders.
- Monitor the effectiveness of initiatives like change management, employee engagement, MSA documents, SOW, Contract documents and workforce planning.
- Ensure the team collaborates effectively with other teams (e.g., recruitment, learning and development) to meet business unit needs.
- Design and implement initiatives that foster a positive work culture and improve organizational performance.
- Monitor all client meetings effectively.
- Assist the team in maintaining relationships with senior leaders at clients, understanding their needs, and aligning recruitment support with these needs.
- Collaborate on budgeting processes, providing oversight to ensure adherence to financial plans.
- Responsible for monitoring compliance deadlines to ensure that all business permits and licenses are renewed on time, preventing costly penalties.
- Advising the team on compliance risks, ensuring that they are aware of potential regulatory issues and providing strategies to mitigate them effectively
