Job summary

TaskUs is hiring an Operations Manager in Meycauayan, Bulacan, Philippines. You will lead a team to ensure Ridiculously Good customer experiences for clients across fast-growing industries.

The role focuses on developing plans to reach targets, guiding teammates and team leaders, and continuously improving processes to elevate performance and service quality.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in customer experience operations and management roles.
• Experience in leading and managing an operations team.
• Strong track record of meeting and delivering targets; excellent verbal and written communications.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to analyze situations and data.

Responsibilities

• Devise effective plans for Teammates and Team Leaders to reach targets.
• Identify strengths/weaknesses of Teammates and Team Leaders and guide them accordingly.
• Assign tasks leveraging strengths while addressing weaknesses.
• Gain trust through regular one-on-one sessions and meaningful engagement.
• Add or optimize daily processes to bolster duties and responsibilities.

What does an Operations Manager do? Think of yourself as the leader of your department, helping Teammates and Team Leaders reach their fullest potential and meet their KPIs/Targets consistently to make sure that they deliver a Ridiculously Good customer experience to our clients.

• Devise effective plans on how each Teammate and Team Leader could reach their targets.
• Identify the strengths and weaknesses of Teammates and Team Leaders and guide/develop them accordingly.
• Assign tasks that would capitalize Teammates and Team Leaders' strengths while addressing their weaknesses.
• Gain the trust and respect of your team members, which includes reaching out, having short chit-chats, and conducting regular one-on-one sessions that make them feel valued and respected.
• Add, improve, or eliminate daily processes and practices to bolster the aforementioned duties and responsibilities.
