Job summary

LIXIL is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Leader in Manila to balance supply and demand, guarantee timely SKU fulfillment, and drive cost savings across procurement and order management. Job description

Drive optimal supply and demand balance to ensure exceptional product availability and operational efficiency. Taking ownership of our supply and demand planning, you will guarantee that market demands are fulfilled at the right time, with the exact SKUs and quantities, all at a minimum cost. You will lead Executive SOIP meetings with the Leadership Team, align sales forecasts with marketing and financial initiatives, and actively manage and develop a high-performing team. Balancing inventory levels while meeting urgent supply requirements is complex and highly demanding. You will need to constantly track forecast accuracy, navigate shifting market demands, and collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to implement programs that reduce excess, slow-moving, or unhealthy inventory to keep our Days Inventory Outstanding (DIO) on target.This is a unique opportunity to directly impact our bottom line and operational success. By collaborating with regional SOIP and supply teams, you will optimize our entire procurement and order management lifecycle. You will have the authority to deliver crucial cost-saving initiatives and make critical push/pull adjustments to purchase orders that shape our overall supply chain efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Day-to-day, you will conduct material requirements and product performance reviews to ensure we are buying the correct SKU quantities at the right time.
• You will manage the backlog, monitor pending plant Purchase Orders (POs) to ensure delivery schedules are followed, and carefully validate Purchase Requisitions.
• Beyond procurement, you will oversee end-to-end order management, ensuring that all POs are processed in a timely and accurate manner while managing Sales Order (SO) and Delivery Order (DO) aging. Your strategic oversight will keep our delivery operations smooth and inventory levels at an absolute minimum.

Qualifications/Skills

• You hold a relevant degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Operations, or a related field.
• 10-plus-year proven track record in supply and demand planning, procurement, and inventory management, with the ability to lead executive-level SOIP meetings.
• Personally, you are an analytical problem solver and a dedicated leader who excels at cross-functional collaboration and developing team members to achieve ambitious cost-saving targets.
