About the role

Here in Wee Community Developers, Inc., a Sales Network Officer plays a crucial role in managing and expanding the company's sales network, primarily by coordinating with brokers, agents, and sales partners to drive property sales. They ensure a well-organized and motivated sales force to maximize project reach and revenue.

What you'll do

  1. Achieve the prescribed sales targets

  2. Recruit Brokers/Broker network and search for new Brokers for recruitment

  3. Schedule regular meetings with Brokers

  4. Pre-qualify Broker listings for recruitment

  5. Prepare and collate the Broker Accreditation forms

  6. Builds strong relationships with the Brokers

  7. Assist in the presentation and closing of sales if required

  8. Accept, review and validate reservation documents for booking of sales if required

  9. Scan and email reservation to Documentation department for approval if required

  10. Forward hard copies of the reservation documents to the Documentation department if required

  11. Assess Broker's performance quarterly based on the productions against the agreed target

  12. Meet with Brokers to strategize and plan activities to achieve sales targets

  13. Assist Brokersin client trippings, site orientation, showroom walkthrough, and online project discussion
    if required

  14. Regularly interacts with Brokers by attending sales events, open houses, Product Knowledge Seminars,
    and Broker activities to open up potential opportunities for sales

  15. Prepare, request and coordinate with shared services for the Marketing Support Fund (MSF) of the
    Brokers

  16. Review accounts subject to Broker's commission and incentives and coordinates with shared services
    for processing

  17. Collaborate with the Marketing department to develop various promotional activities

  18. Attend weekly sales meetings, broker meetings, core group meetings, MANCOM meetings, process
    cascade/calibration, and other meetings as needed

  19. Update the Sales Monitoring file accordingly

  20. Prepare and submit reports to the Area Sales Head

  21. Provide timely feedback to the or VP of Sales about the Broker’s performance during the evaluation
    period

What we're looking for

  • Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.

  • With at least four (4) years of related working experience

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to maintain strong broker relationships.

  • Sales-driven mindset with strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple brokers and sales activities.

  • Strong leadership and motivational skills to inspire brokers and drive sales performance.

  • Proficient in the use of MS Office applications

  • Willing to start as soon as possible
