Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or related field
• 3–5 years in sales/marketing with leadership experience
• Proven ability to develop sales strategies and meet targets
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media management
• Proficient in MS Office applications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, potential clients, and target markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales and marketing team.
• Set sales targets, monitor performance, and prepare regular sales reports.
• Develop promotional campaigns, advertising strategies, and marketing materials.
• Manage the company's online presence, including social media marketing and other digital marketing activities.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and business opportunities.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, presentations, and business development plans.
• Monitor marketing expenses and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional campaigns.
• Develop strategies to improve brand awareness, customer retention, and overall sales performance.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
