Sales and Marketing Coordinator to support the SMTC Davao Manager and FVP – Sales and Marketing by handling transactions and coordinating sales activities for the Suntrustees Sales Network. You will process accreditation/renewals of agents, address commission inquiries, assist in training programs, and provide administrative support to the SPI Davao Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related or other relevant field.
• At least two (2) years of related work experience. ( Real Estate )
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and photo editing software.
• Confident in conducting training sessions (e.g., PKS, Mastery Class, etc.) and speaking before large groups.
• Knowledgeable in internet and online applications such as Google Workspace, Canva, Facebook, and similar platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to render overtime when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Process the accreditation and renewal of Suntrustees sales agents for internal and external sales groups.
• Facilitate commission-related concerns, sales inquiries, requests, and other sales operations activities.
• Assist in coordinating sales and marketing activities for the Suntrustees Sales Network.
• Facilitate and assist in conducting training programs for internal and external sellers.
• Provide administrative support and assist with office operations for the SPI Davao Office.
