Job Overview

On-site position in Manila, requiring 5-10 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree, for a full-time role.

Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve company goals and targets.
  • Identify and analyze market trends and opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Develop and execute territory sales plans.
  • Prepare sales budgets and projections.

Team Management:

  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Set sales goals and quotas for the team and individual members.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and feedback.
  • Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve results.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers.
  • Negotiate and close deals with customers.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Oversee and coordinate all sales activities, including promotions, campaigns, and events.
  • Track and analyze sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Implement and maintain effective sales processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the liquor industry.
  • Relative sales experience for at least 7 to 10 years.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Possesses very good negotiation and closing skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of the Philippine liquor market and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be willing to work full time onsite in Manila and BGC.
