Sales Manager (HeadofSales)

Location: Pasig, Metro Manila | Industry: Manufacturing

Schedule: Monday to Saturday, mornings | Location: Pasig, onsite

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Sales Manager to lead our sales division. The Sales Manager will be a critical leader responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive growth, expand market share, and contribute directly to our business objectives. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented leader with a passion for building high-performing teams and cultivating strong customer relationships with businesses and individuals across the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all sales functions, including strategic formulation, market trend analysis, and team management.
  • Guide, motivate, and develop sales and administrative staff.
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage key stakeholder relationships.
  • Optimize sales processes, manage budgets, and develop forecasts.
  • Collaborate on financial oversight, including credit and collections.
  • Work cross-functionally with logistics, production, and marketing to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Critical Experience & Qualifications
  • A minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • At least 3-5 years in a sales management or leadership role, with demonstrable experience coaching and developing successful sales teams.
  • Significant experience in the Philippine market, with a deep understanding of local business culture and nuances.
