About Our Client

Job Description



  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
    • Drive sales growth by managing a portfolio of existing customer accounts and identifying new business opportunities in the Food & Beverage sector.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
    • Deliver tailored presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, focusing on how our food equipment can solve operational challenges.


  • Account Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any concerns or issues with professionalism and technical expertise.
    • Provide after-sales support and ensure successful project implementation and customer onboarding.


  • Business Development:
    • Identify and target new prospects within the Food & Beverage industry (including large manufacturers, restaurants, food processors, etc.).
    • Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target industries.


  • Product Expertise & Technical Support:
    • Provide in-depth technical knowledge of our food machinery, ensuring clients understand the features, benefits, and ROI of our solutions.
    • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth product installation and integration for clients.
    • Conduct training sessions for clients on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.


  • Market Research & Reporting:
    • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify potential areas for business development.
    • Regularly report on sales performance, market intelligence, and customer feedback to senior management.


The Successful Applicant



  • Industry Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development within the Food & Beverage industry.
    • Proven track record in selling food machinery or equipment, preferably in a B2B environment.
    • Experience with equipment applications and understanding of the technical aspects of food machinery.


  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities with a consultative sales approach.
