Job Description
Sales Strategy & Execution:- Drive sales growth by managing a portfolio of existing customer accounts and identifying new business opportunities in the Food & Beverage sector.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Deliver tailored presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, focusing on how our food equipment can solve operational challenges.
Account Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any concerns or issues with professionalism and technical expertise.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure successful project implementation and customer onboarding.
Business Development:- Identify and target new prospects within the Food & Beverage industry (including large manufacturers, restaurants, food processors, etc.).
- Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target industries.
Product Expertise & Technical Support:- Provide in-depth technical knowledge of our food machinery, ensuring clients understand the features, benefits, and ROI of our solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth product installation and integration for clients.
- Conduct training sessions for clients on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
Market Research & Reporting:- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify potential areas for business development.
- Regularly report on sales performance, market intelligence, and customer feedback to senior management.
The Successful Applicant
Industry Experience:- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development within the Food & Beverage industry.
- Proven track record in selling food machinery or equipment, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Experience with equipment applications and understanding of the technical aspects of food machinery.
Skills:- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a consultative sales approach.
