Qualifications

We are in search of a seasoned Sales Manager with extensive, proven experience in the façade, curtain walling, glass, and aluminum industry. This is a high-level strategic sales role requiring not just technical knowledge, but also the ability to navigate corporate boardrooms, negotiate with top-level executives, and close major vertical construction projects.

Core Functions (Scope of Work)
  1. Business Development & Revenue Growth – Strategically drive business expansion by identifying, securing, and managing key vertical projects.

  2. Client & Stakeholder Management – Build, nurture, and sustain high-level relationships with CEOs, Presidents, Directors, Developers, Architects, Consultants, and Top Management decision-makers.

  3. Sales Strategy & Execution – Design and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market opportunities.

  4. Negotiation & Closing – Lead end-to-end deal management from prospecting to final negotiations, ensuring profitability and long-term partnerships.

  5. Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis – Monitor market developments, competitor strategies, and industry trends to keep the company competitive.

  6. Team Collaboration – Work closely with operations, technical, and project teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

  7. Sales Reporting & Forecasting – Provide accurate, timely sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management for informed business decisions.
