Job Description
As the Sales Manager for the Philippines, you will lead the company's market entry and growth strategy, establishing and managing a strong distribution network across the country. You'll be responsible for identifying and securing partnerships with distributors and key retail accounts, driving sales performance, and ensuring effective in-market execution. This role also involves coordinating with regional teams on export logistics and compliance, supporting cross-border trade initiatives, and conducting regular field visits to gather market insights and strengthen relationships. You'll provide ongoing sales reporting and forecasting, using data to inform strategic decisions. Given the remote setup and startup nature of the role, a high degree of independence, initiative, and maturity is essential.
