Job description

The Sales Manager is responsible for managing and leading the sales team, ensuring that the team meets or exceeds sales targets.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop sales strategies to meet sales targets
  • Understand and implement data driven monthly plans through sales metrics (Prospects, Site Visits and Reservations)
  • Guide and direct the team from prospecting, reservation and booking the account
  • Manage the allocated sales operating budget by executing well-planned sales activities (Online and Offline)
  • Ensure complete headcount for the sales team (Recruitment and Sales Team retention)
  • Meet required sales quota every quarter

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of any 4-year course.
  • Experience in the real estate industry
  • Preferably licensed broker/accredited salesperson
