We are hiring for a Sales Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing to effectively communicate and implement sales strategy and objective with team members
  • Handle sales activities with local and international partners
  • Generate new business opportunities through various channels
  • Implement the sales activities and action plans outlined in the sales and marketing plan of the hotel
  • Takes responsibility for the\'s team\'s sales performance
  • Lead and motivate the sales team
  • Maintain sales and service standards of the team
Qualifications
  • Has a passion for Sales and Marketing
  • Is a strong team player
  • Has a can-do attitude
  • Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions for business partners and customers
  • Thinks outside of the box whilst leading change in the hotel
  • Understands the global markets and local environment

  • Has relevant experience in a similar capacity previously
  • Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
