Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager based in Cagayan De Oro City, with some work-from-home arrangements possible. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating a sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and ensuring sales targets are met. The role also involves training and mentoring sales staff, analyzing sales data, and reporting performance metrics to higher management.
