Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Operations, Finance, Engineering) to ensure alignment of customer expectations and delivery timelines.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipelines; take accountability for revenue performance.
Proven Sales Experience – With a solid track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the construction, hardware, engineering, or industrial supply industries.
Market Intelligence – Deep knowledge of the Cebu business landscape, construction projects, and key decision-makers.
Strategic Thinking – Strong business acumen with the ability to see the big picture and drive focused action.
Negotiation Mastery – Exceptional ability to close deals, manage objections, and maintain long-term client relationships.

Willing to travel within Visayas as needed.
