Indorama Ventures is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives in Batino, Calamba City, Laguna. The ideal candidate will develop strategic sales plans, analyze market trends, and maintain key customer relationships, leveraging over 20 years of experience in sales management within B2B and FMCG industries.
Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals.
· Assists in the development of the sales plan. Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales leaders and senior management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
· Develops and implements sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
· Identifies potential new markets and opportunities, analyzes trends and data and creating sales plans to increase revenue.
· Sets sales targets and monitoring performance to ensure the company achieved sales goals. Analyzes sales data, provides regular feedback to the team and makes necessary plan adjustments.
· Builds and maintains customer relationships with key customers which involves understanding their needs and preferences, addressing their concerns, and providing excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction.
· Analyzes market trends and competitor activity for staying up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity which includes analyzing market data, conducting research and using this information to make informed sales decisions.
· Collaborates with other departments to ensure a coordinated approach to sales and company strategies. Shares market insights, customer feedback and other relevant information to support organizational goals.
QUALIFICATION:
· Graduate of bachelor's or master's degree in relevant field, such as business administration, marketing or sales.
· 20 years + of relevant sales and management experience.
· Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices and an ability to coach others on them.
· Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions.
· Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
· Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail and ability to multitask.
· Strong leadership and team building skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, customers and team members, deliver persuasive presentation and pitches, negotiate contracts and build strong relationships with key investors, clients, business leaders and customers.
· Strong strategic thinking skills to identify and evaluate opportunities, capable to develop and implement sales plans and adapting to changes in a market.
· Client-focused mindset and understands the requirements and preferences of different groups of customers.
· With experience in large B2B and FMCG industries.
· Willing to work on-site and be assigned in Batino, Calamba City, Laguna.
