Job Description

Sales Force Effectiveness & Incentive Design

  • Develop, analyze, and optimize sales incentive programs to enhance performance.
  • Monitor call rates, productivity metrics, and KPIs to ensure efficiency.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve sales effectiveness and territory management.


Sales System Implementation & Process Improvement

  • Lead the roll out of a new sales system (e.g., Salesforce) to enhance sales operations.
  • Work with regional and local teams to ensure smooth implementation and adoption.
  • Automate sales reporting and dashboard creation for performance tracking.


Stakeholder & Team Management

  • Work closely with Medical Representatives, District Managers, and the Head of Sales.
  • Collaborate with regional and leadership teams to provide data-driven insights and reporting.


The Successful Applicant

  • Manager-level professional in sales force effectiveness, sales operations, or sales analytics.
  • People management experience is required.
  • Strong expertise in incentive program design, sales analytics, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva CRM, etc.).
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
