Job Description
Sales Force Effectiveness & Incentive Design
- Develop, analyze, and optimize sales incentive programs to enhance performance.
- Monitor call rates, productivity metrics, and KPIs to ensure efficiency.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve sales effectiveness and territory management.
Sales System Implementation & Process Improvement
- Lead the roll out of a new sales system (e.g., Salesforce) to enhance sales operations.
- Work with regional and local teams to ensure smooth implementation and adoption.
- Automate sales reporting and dashboard creation for performance tracking.
Stakeholder & Team Management
- Work closely with Medical Representatives, District Managers, and the Head of Sales.
- Collaborate with regional and leadership teams to provide data-driven insights and reporting.
The Successful Applicant
- Manager-level professional in sales force effectiveness, sales operations, or sales analytics.
- People management experience is required.
- Strong expertise in incentive program design, sales analytics, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva CRM, etc.).
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
