Job description
To represent the company in assigned accounts with the utmost professionalism, attention to detail, commitment, and total customer care.
To achieve sales targets and Key Performance Indicators assigned in a consistent and ethical fashion.
To perform effective leads generation, fieldwork, customer engagement, account activation, and sales generation using effective methods directed by the Management.
To proactively pursue sales opportunities including bids, proposal submissions, product presentations, and price negotiations.
To ensure customer satisfaction through responsive and vigilant engagement with customers for products and services offered by the company.
To effectively promote products via presentation, product demo, or onsite consultation.
To constantly promote the company's brands, products, and services in every possible platform, event, or meeting.
To submit itineraries, correspondences, feedback, and reports on fieldwork, market conditions, product requirements, pricing, services, and competition.
To faithfully observe company policies, guidelines, and procedures as well as ensure compliance with protocols and instructions issued by immediate superior or Management.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Business or any related 4-year course.
Candidates with at least 1-2 years in institutional or corporate sales. Ambitious and driven fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
With experience in managing institutional accounts such as hotels, casinos, resorts, offices, hospitals, BPOs, universities, manufacturing, food chains, etc., a plus.
Must be result-driven, excellent customer management skills, and competitive in achieving assigned goals.
Adaptable, willing to learn, and with excellent communication skills.
Training will be provided by the Company.
Preference will be given to candidates who can start ASAP.
