Job summary

Instalimb Solutions Philippines Inc. seeks a field-based role to drive patient acquisition and referral growth for prosthetics and orthosis (P&O) services in Zamboanga del Sur.

You will build a strong patient pipeline and ensure conversion from referral to delivery, addressing gaps in patient flow. Key duties include visiting hospitals and clinics, building relationships with surgeons and allied health professionals, coordinating with LGUs and community partners, and supporting funding

Responsibilities

• Drive new patient referral intake across channels and build a continuous patient pipeline
• Conduct frequent hospital/clinic visits to introduce and explain P&O services
• Build relationships with orthopedic surgeons, rehab physicians, and allied health professionals
• Develop long-term trust-based relationships through regular visits
• Actively drive referrals of lower-limb amputee patients from partner doctors
• Identify health institutions to serve as local accommodation hubs; coordinate with hospitals/clinics/community facilities
• Collaborate with freelance referral agents and monitor referral quality and volume
• Engage LGUs and community stakeholders to support patient identification, pre-screening, mobilization
• Support business development in securing funding sources; build ties with DSWD and local offices
• Coordinate among patients, doctors, campsite partners, and internal teams to maintain CRM records

About the role

This role focuses on driving patient acquisition and referral growth for prosthetics and orthosis (P&O) services. You will build and maintain a strong patient pipeline, ensure conversion from referral through to delivery, and take immediate action to resolve gaps in patient flow.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new patient referral intake across all channels and build a continuous patient pipeline
• Conduct high-frequency hospital and clinic visits within assigned territory to introduce and explain P&O services
• Build and maintain relationships with orthopedic surgeons, rehabilitation physicians, and allied health professionals
• Develop long-term trust-based relationships through regular visits and follow-ups
• Actively drive referrals of lower-limb amputee patients from partner doctors
• Identify health institutions to serve as local patient accommodation hubs and coordinate with hospitals, clinics, and community facilities
• Work closely with freelance referral agents within the assigned region and monitor referral quality and volume
• Engage with LGUs and community stakeholders to support patient identification, pre-screening, and mobilization
• Support Business Development in securing funding sources and build relationships with DSWD, LGUs, and local social welfare offices
• Coordinate among patients, doctors, campsite partners, and internal teams to facilitate patient accommodations and maintain accurate CRM records
