Wuling Automobile Philippines Corp. is seeking a Sales Executive to promote and sell dealership vehicles, generate new leads, and assist customers through the purchase process. The role emphasizes excellent service, presentations, test drives, and accurate documentation.

The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling the dealership’s vehicles, generating new customer leads, assisting customers throughout the vehicle purchase process, and achieving assigned sales targets.
The position focuses on providing excellent customer service, conducting vehicle presentations and test drives, preparing sales proposals, coordinating financing and documentation, and maintaining strong customer relationships from initial inquiry through vehicle release and after-sales follow-up.
Promote and sell new vehicles offered by the dealership.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
Develop and maintain a strong customer database and sales pipeline.
Identify prospective customers through showroom traffic, referrals, social media, events, and other lead-generation activities.
Conduct product presentations and explain vehicle features, specifications, benefits, pricing, and available promotions.
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives for qualified customers.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations based on customer requirements.
Welcome and assist showroom and walk-in customers professionally.
Identify customer needs, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable vehicle models.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries through calls, messages, social media, and other communication channels.
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Provide regular updates to customers regarding vehicle availability, financing, documentation, and delivery.
Conduct follow-ups with customers after the sale to encourage customer satisfaction, referrals, and repeat business.
Explain the complete vehicle purchase process to customers.
Coordinate with Sales Administration regarding customer documents and requirements.
Assist customers with financing, insurance, registration, and other vehicle purchase requirements.
Ensure that sales documents are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Sales Administration, and other departments to facilitate smooth vehicle releases.
Monitor the status of customer accounts and pending requirements until vehicle release.
Actively generate new leads through personal networks, referrals, online platforms, events, and dealership activities.
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, customer interactions, and sales activities.
Conduct regular follow-ups with potential customers.
Convert inquiries and prospects into actual vehicle sales.
Participate in dealership marketing campaigns, mall displays, auto shows, test-drive events, and promotional activities.
Maintain updated knowledge of all vehicle models, specifications, features, technologies, pricing, financing options, and promotions.
Stay informed about competitors, market trends, and competing vehicle models.
Effectively communicate the advantages and unique selling points of the dealership's products.
For electric vehicles, maintain sufficient knowledge of EV features, charging, battery technology, range, and basic EV ownership considerations.
Maintain professional and long-term relationships with customers.
Keep customer information and sales records updated.
Follow up with previous customers for referrals, repeat purchases, and other sales opportunities.
Handle customer concerns professionally and coordinate unresolved issues with the appropriate department.
Maintain a professional and presentable appearance of the showroom and assigned sales area.
Ensure vehicles displayed in the showroom are clean, properly presented, and have updated product information.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, dealership activities, and company events.
Work closely with Sales Managers, Sales Admin, Finance & Insurance, Marketing, and Aftersales teams.
Perform other sales-related duties as assigned by management.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
With sales experience, preferably in the automotive or dealership industry.
Automotive industry experience is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-service oriented and results-driven.
Confident in presenting products and dealing with different types of customers.
Knowledge of vehicle products and automotive industry is an advantage.
Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.
Willing to conduct fieldwork, attend events, and perform outdoor sales activities.
Willing to work on weekends and holidays as required by dealership operations.
With a valid driver's license is an advantage.
