Job summary

A leading automation solutions provider in the Philippines is seeking a Sales Executive to prepare technical presentations and collaborate with teams to meet customer requirements. The ideal candidate must have proven sales experience, technical knowledge of products, and excellent communication skills. A BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering is required.

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or a similar role in sales.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Must know how to drive and possess a Driving License.

Responsibilities
  • Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our company's products or services to customers.
  • Discussing equipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineers.
  • Collaborating with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
  • Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries.
  • Researching, developing, and modifying products to meet customers' technical requirements and needs.
  • Helping customers who have problems with installed products and recommending improved or upgraded materials and machinery.
  • Soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to upper management.
  • Setting and achieving sales goals and quotas.
  • Training other members of the sales team on the technical aspects of the company's products and services.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or a similar role in sales.
  • Excellent knowledge of technical products and trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Must know how to drive and with Driving License
  • Must have Sales Experience in Semicon, Electronics, Automotive and other industries
  • Technical expertise in Liquid dispensing, Manufacturing Equipment is an advantage
  • BS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field.
