Description

Sales executive that is responsible for driving company growth by increasing sales and maximizing revenue by means of identifying potential clients and new business opportunities, analysing their shipping requirements, and providing tailored logistics solutions. Key duties include creating and implementing sales strategies, generating quotations, collaborating with operations teams, monitoring sales performance, and fostering strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and develop potential business opportunities through customer visit, fostering customer relationship, and offering new business trade lane
  • Prepare and present company proposal, submit quotation, and also negotiating rate with pricing
  • Maintain existing customer relationships, and contacts to ensure customer satisfaction in our services
  • Collaborate with manager to ensure alignment with company strategies in forecasting, business planning, and pipeline development.
  • Responsible for all incoming queries and provide solution to the service delivery related issues
  • Operative use of company implemented sales tools and processes, e.g update report in CRM (Sales call log, Customer Profile)
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
  • Sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain services.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to building long-term relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
