Location: Cebu (Hybrid – with some work-from-home flexibility)

We’re looking for a driven Sales Executive to join our growing team! This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for building client relationships, and experience in B2B sales. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions.
Sales Presentations & Pitches:
Present products/services to clients in a compelling and confident manner, addressing their pain points and showcasing value.
Negotiation & Closing:
Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close deals in a professional and efficient manner.
Collaboration & Strategy:
Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies and improve the customer journey.
B2B Sales Experience:
Proven experience in business-to-business sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Negotiation Skills:
Confident in managing discussions, pricing, and objections to close deals effectively.
Time Management:
Able to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and meetings efficiently without losing momentum.
Adaptability & Resilience:
Comfortable with fast-paced environments, and able to adapt strategies as needed.

Scheduling and conducting sales presentations
Managing and updating CRM records
Creating and sending customized proposals
Following up on leads and pending decisions
Collaborating with marketing to refine lead generation
Attending client meetings and business events when needed
