A leading industrial company in the Philippines is seeking a candidate to manage customer relations and assist in the technical service processes. Responsibilities include handling quotations, maintaining customer satisfaction, and preparing bidding documents. The ideal individual will possess proven customer service skills and the ability to coordinate logistics effectively.
Technical service letter/inquiry quotation process processing: Execute the technical service letter/inquiry quotation process as required, synchronize the process with the sales staff until the process is filed; Communicate and confirm product discounts, management discount authority and gifts, establish and maintain customer files, complete the quotation work.
Bidding work: application, sorting and preparation of bidding documents. (Preparation of tender documents, preparation of other tender documents, etc.)
Submit sample application process and change process, assist sales to send samples
Contract review, order, change application, stamp and return: input product information, price, customer name, delivery method and other information as required, follow up the contract review node every day until the contract review is completed. Apply for changes as needed, and report the contract return status every month
Product delivery, logistics follow-up and delivery note filing processing
Return and exchange, sluggish product initiation, application, follow-up, anomaly and customer complaint handling
Customer reconciliation, payment collection and long-term receivables settlement work with sales staff to carry out customer reconciliation work, and supervise the follow-up of payment collection and long-term receivables settlement work
Develop new customers, maintain old customers, tap the potential of customers, develop business opportunities/projects/customers and timely and effective follow-up to finally promote the transaction.
To provide customers with timely, professional and efficient service, improve customer satisfaction.
Summarize the market and customer needs; Analyze your competitors. According to the market and competitive environment, give market development suggestions (proposals). Find resources and help to translate customer needs into productivity;
