About the job Sales Enablement Administrator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join ourteam as a Sales Operations Admin. In this role, you will be responsible formanaging and maintaining key systems and tools that support the salesteam. You will ensure that documents and content are easily accessible,workflows are efficient and the sales process runs smoothly. No technicalexperience is required but a good understanding of Microsoft Word andbasic office tools is essential. This is a key role in supporting the day-to-dayoperations of the sales department.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain sales systems and tools, ensuring content is organized and easily accessible.
  • Upload, update and manage sales documents and assets.
  • Work with sales teams to set up and distribute templates and content across Microsoft Office apps like Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Help manage and improve document workflows to increase efficiency.
  • Provide support and training to the sales team on how to use sales tools effectively.
  • Ensure that all documents follow company guidelines and are up to date.
