The Opportunity:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised individual to join our team as a Sales Operations Admin. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining key systems and tools that support the sales team. You will ensure that documents and content are easily accessible, workflows are efficient and the sales process runs smoothly. No technical experience is required but a good understanding of Microsoft Word and basic office tools is essential. This is a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the sales department.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Administer and maintain sales systems and tools, ensuring content is organised and easily accessible.

  • Upload, update and manage sales documents and assets.

  • Work with sales teams to set up and distribute templates and content across Microsoft Office apps like Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Help manage and improve document workflows to increase efficiency.

  • Provide support and training to the sales team on how to use sales tools effectively.

  • Ensure that all documents follow company guidelines and are up to date.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Good understanding of Microsoft Word and other Microsoft Office applications.

  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

  • Excellent communication skills and a willingness to help others.

  • Experience with Salesforce is preferred but not essential.
