Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead and grow their client portfolio in different industries such as Banking and Financial Services, Manufacturing, Retail, etc. This role requires you to have strong client relationship management and business development skills to drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for product management and market research, P&L management, and partner relationship management across different verticals.

The Successful Applicant

They are looking for a candidate who has strong connections in the local market, someone who takes the lead in acquisitions and partnerships preferably in the IT services space. Specifically, you will be tasked to perform the following:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets in assigned vertical/region.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through consultative selling and relationship building.
  • Lead complex sales cycles, including RFP/RFI responses, proposals, pricing negotiations, and contract closures.
  • Collaborate with delivery, solutioning, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with client needs.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
  • Track sales performance metrics and deliver regular forecasts and reporting to leadership.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings.
