The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in real estate, with proven skills in developing sales strategies and leading teams. Sales Director:
• Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives.
• Expand their reach and boost sales potential.
• Recruit, train, and mentor Sales Managers & Property Specialists.
• Implement effective marketing & sales strategies to attract buyers, sellers, and investors.
• Analyze market trends and sales data.
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of Real Estate Experience
• 3-5 years of Sales Director experience
• Bachelor’s Degree (4 yrs college).
• Licensed Real Estate Broker.
• Competency in recruiting, developing, and leading high-performing sales teams.
• Formed Sales Team: 3 Sales Managers & 3 Property Specialist (each manager).
