Job Description

To aid sales teams achieve these goals, the Sales Development Representative will be responsible in creating and securing qualified business opportunities to generate new revenue for ICIS. This includes prospecting Lead Generation, Lead Qualification and Lead Assignment for prospective customers within the territory assigned to them. While performing the Sales Development Representative role, incumbents will train extensively on the job and set the foundations to move into an Account Manager or Business Development role.

We are looking for Sales Development Representatives in Manila, Philippines who can demonstrate the ability to take the initiative to support customers and assist them to maximise value in relationships and services to achieve their business goals. We’re looking for a passionate individual who will join a growing team to deliver our vision to shape the world by connecting markets to optimise global resources.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Work closely with sales teams to schedule qualified demonstrations, meetings, build pipeline, and produce real business opportunities in accordance with approved sales management guidelines.

  • Prospect for new business through a high volume of cold calling and following up with prospects as previously identified.

  • Identify qualified prospects and navigate company structures to identify key decision makers and influencers.

  • Keep accurate records in our CRM and build client profiles by updating client information and managing sensitive client and prospect data.

  • Learn, understand, and apply the ICIS value proposition and our world-class business processes.

  • Other duties maybe assigned

Skills and Behaviours:

  • Bachelor's degree holder or completed at least 2 years level in College (no back subjects/incomplete units)

  • At least 2 years of Lead Generation/Prospecting experience preferably within a prominent organization where solution and consultative selling approaches were used

  • Experience with heavy cold calling volume (50-100 outbound/day)

  • Great listener, quick thinker, and the ability to work independently and as a team

  • Experience in a corporate / B2B sales environment preferred

  • Able to effectively communicate (both verbal and written) and influence across global locations and teams, listening and challenging collaboratively

  • Strong detail orientation with the ability to follow defined processes

  • Strong time management skills

  • Enthusiastic and creative with the ability to inspire others and our customers.

  • Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Experience in handling CRM tool is a plus
