Are you a proactive and tech-savvy sales professional with a strong background in B2B lead generation and CRM systems? We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive business growth by identifying, qualifying, and scheduling high value leads for our sales team.

In this role, you’ll leverage your expertise in platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot to manage outreach, track engagement, and ensure seamless handoffs to account executives. If you’re results-oriented and fluent in English, this is your opportunity to make a measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply B2B sales strategies to identify and research prospects across target industries
  • Generate and qualify leads via outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach
  • Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage lead data and track engagement
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all lead interactions and activities
  • Communicate the value proposition of products/services clearly and persuasively
  • Qualify leads based on budget, need, timeline, and decision-making authority
  • Schedule meetings and product demos using CRM-integrated scheduling tools
  • Align lead generation efforts with sales and marketing strategies
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance
  • Meet or exceed KPIs related to outreach, lead qualification, and CRM usage
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential B2B clients
  • Capture and report customer feedback to inform future outreach strategies
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales development, lead generation, or similar roles
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
  • Excellent command of English and strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
