Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and cold calls to generate leads and schedule meetings.
  • Identify and engage with key decision-makers (hiring managers) at target companies.
  • Craft personalized messages and follow-ups to build relationships and drive interest.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs and determining fit for our services.
  • Pulling leads from Indeed Job Postings.
  • Schedule appointments/meetings for the sales team, ensuring a smooth handoff.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and prospect data.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly outreach, meeting-setting, and lead generation targets.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role in B2B.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, cold calling, and appointment setting.
  • Comfortable handling objections and rejection while maintaining professionalism.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Tracker) and sales automation software is a plus.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills to coordinate and schedule meetings effectively.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
