A leading company in the financial services sector is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to facilitate contract processes and ensure timely communication with sales teams and clients. This role demands a meticulous individual with strong Salesforce abilities and excellent communication skills, ready to assist in a fast-paced environment. The position is located in Alabang, Muntinlupa, requiring availability for night shifts and holidays.
Job Description
This role involves close collaboration with assigned sales teams, art production and sales operations. You will ensure the accurate, timely delivery and monitoring of the basic sales production job operations including but not limited to Contract creation, payment link setup and art uploads.
• Requested Services: Monitor case board for sales requests to:
o Build custom quotes via Salesforce CPQ for the client's product suite
o Update Payment Requests to client via Chargent request, aligning with CPQ builds
o Future field builds to ask for limited fields. Phase 1 will send with defaults.
o Process requests for final art upload or repeat
• Pro-active management: Monitor Payment dashboards to:
o Update and send chargent requests for signed contracts not completed within 72 hours of contract signing. Rules of engagement TBD.
o Send updated payment requests to clients with credit cards expiring in 30 days
o Monitor post-job closing Client agreed cases to ensure supporting documentation has been loaded. Outreach to sales via case for missing documentation.
• Reporting of non-compliance/response.
Majority of services will be provided via SF Case and dashboard management however ability to effectively communicate with sales via phone is a requirement when clarifications on requests are needed.
