Job summary

Bermaz Auto Berhad (Mazda & XPeng) seeks a Sales Officer for Life Insurance in Taguig City to build client relationships and promote life and medical insurance solutions. A Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years of direct insurance sales experience are required, with readiness for interviews and an immediate start.

The role includes guiding clients through plan benefits, enrollment, and claims while coordinating with healthcare providers to ensure high customer satisfaction and up-to-date product

• Served as the primary point of contact for existing clients regarding medical insurance/HMO services.
• Provided guidance on plan benefits, eligibility, enrollment, and availment processes.
• Assisted clients with inquiries, approval requests, enrollments, and other service-related concerns.
• Facilitated claims processing, approvals, and reimbursement requests.
• Coordinated with healthcare providers and the sales team to resolve client concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintained up-to-date knowledge of the company's medical insurance/HMO products, services, and policy updates.

Position: Sales Officer (Life Insurance)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (Dayshift)
