A leading company in sports retail seeks a Sales Supervisor to oversee brand performance, mentor sales associates, and ensure sales targets are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong retail background, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage teams across various locations in NCR and North Luzon.
Job Description
Ensure attainment of monthly/quarterly Sales Quota of brand/s assigned to manage
Regular visit/duty in all accounts to check on the performance of brand/s, display of merchandise and conduct of Sales Associate
Monitor merchandise display to ensure that new deliveries are displayed in selling area and dressed up in mannequins
Coach/Mentor/Evaluate all brand Sales Associate under care (daily and month-to-date sales, attendance, inventory recon, customer service, etc.)
Coordinates regularly with Department store offices and Sales Head to discuss improvement of brands
Conducts regular competitive checks in-store and within the mall (pricing, promo, styles, activities, etc.)
Prepares presentation materials and facilitates the bi-monthly Office Day meeting with Sales Associate (if allowed)
Reports to Brand Head and Operations Head for weekly brand/s performance
Job Qualification
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
Computer literate: Well versed with PowerPoint, Excel, Pivot Analysis
Has good written and oral communication skills and can develop good business relations with accounts
Has at least 1 year retail exposure preferably with multi-brands of mono sports shop
Has experience in managing subordinates
Can work extended time or weekend whenever needed
Can readily commute around the metro and nearby provinces
Consistently demonstrates good work ethics and values that can lead a team
Must willing to handle areas in NCR and North Luzon
