Sales Coordinator Specialists play a crucial role in the accurate and efficient management of sales-related documents within the organization. Primary responsibilities will include verifying, encoding, and organizing data from order sheets, purchase orders, invoices, and other relevant documents to ensure the completeness and accuracy of sales documentation. Will also be responsible for addressing discrepancies and generating incident reports when necessary.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Data Management & Verification: Reconfirm data from order sheets and sales documents to ensure all details are accurate and complete. Verify all sales order numbers to prevent duplicate encoding.
- Order Processing & Encoding: Encode sales orders and purchase orders into the company data system. Print and verify that all details on invoices and delivery receipts are accurate before preparing them for attachment.
- Documentation & Reporting: Collate all invoices from deliveries and verify their completeness and accuracy. Create Incident Reports for any concerns, especially regarding weight and price variances.
- Record Keeping: Accurately encode sales data at the sales invoice level in the company data system.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- Experience: Experience in sales documentation or a similar role is a plus, but we welcome entry-level candidates.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to maintain large volumes of documentation.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in data entry and data management, with familiarity in relevant software and tools.
