Job summary

A leading e-bike company in Camarines Sur seeks a motivated sales associate. Responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, promoting brand offerings, and maintaining store image. Candidates should be at least High School graduates with a pleasing personality and good communication skills in English and Tagalog. Sales experience, preferably in the e-bike industry, is a plus. This is a full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales experience in any business field.
• Sales experience or knowledge in the e-bike industry is a plus.
• Pleasing personality with an approachable attitude.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstration and consultation with customers.
• Promote the HATASU brand to achieve retail sales goals.
• Assist in resolving after-sales issues and concerns.
• Maintain store image and product display.
• Comply with company store management rules and regulations.
• Participate in training and sales policy assessments organized by the company.
• Execute activities arranged by Territory Sales Manager to promote sales and brand image.
• Understand and support promotional activities aimed at increasing brand visibility.

• Equip him/herself with proper knowledge to conduct product demonstration and consultation with customers/users/dealer personnel at any given time and circumstances.
• Actively communicate with interested customers or potential buyers, promoting the HATASU brand and its product offerings to achieve retail sales goals.
• Assist in resolving any issue or concerns relevant to after sales and brand.
• Maintain store image and product display; report Stocks or Inventory Health, In-store Visibility, and any impending issues to the ASC / Sales Manager and/or Marketing Officer.
• Comply with and strictly implement the company's rules and regulations for store management.
• Actively participate in the training/assessment and other training activities organized by the company, familiar with the company's assessment and related sales policies, and continuously improve sales skills.
• Execute other business activities arranged by the Territory Sales Manager (TSM), Sales Team (ASC/RSM) related to promoting sales and maintaining the brand image of HATASU in the market; Accurately understand, actively cooperate, and properly implement the brand’s promotional activities.
