Job summary

DMCI Homes is seeking candidates in the Metro Manila area for a broker/sales-related role. The position offers a hybrid work setup and a competitive salary based on skills and experience, along with learning and career development opportunities.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and prior real estate exposure is a plus. The role involves managing broker renewals, organizing sales groups, handling inactive access, and processing seller allowances and reports to support effective sales

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Business Management, Financial Management, Business Economics, or Marketing Management.

• At least 1 year of experience in a broker or sales-related role; real estate experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Updates broker renewals and movements when requirements are forwarded to Sales Management.
• Establishes sales groups for newly hired sellers/brokers and updates assignments.
• Deactivates seller portal and holding access for inactive sellers/brokers monthly.
• Facilitates end-to-end allowance administration, including payout processing and RFP submissions.
• Prepares and submits regular reports on seller allowances.
• Assists sellers with concerns pertaining to incentives and allowances.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any Business Management, Financial Management, Business Economics, and Marketing Management
• FRESH GRADUATES ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY
• At least one (1) year of experience in a broker or sales-related role (e.g., Sales Coordinator, International Sales Coordinator); experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
• Must be knowledgeable in Canva and Excel

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Updates broker's renewal and movement once requirements are forwarded to Sales Management.
• Establishes sales groups for newly hired sellers/brokers and updates assignments as needed.
• Deactivates seller's portal and holding access of all inactive sellers and brokers every end of the month.
• Facilitates end-to-end allowance administration, including calculation, validation, and processing of payouts, while preparing and submitting Requests for Payment (RFP) to ensure timely and accurate disbursement.
• Prepares and submits regular reports on seller allowances
• Assists seller to any related concerns pertaining to incentives and allowances.
