Job Description

The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth communication between internal departments and clients. This role is essential in maintaining customer satisfaction, tracking sales performance, and facilitating the efficient execution of sales processes to help achieve business targets.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • University/College degree in a related discipline required
  • Previous sales experience is an advantage
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft outlook, Microsoft Windows applications and/or relevant computer applications required
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required
  • Highly responsible and reliable
  • Ability to focus attention on guests needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
