As a Nurse Sales Consultant, you will combine clinical knowledge with consultative sales to help clients achieve their beauty and wellness

Qualifications

RN with sales experience or willing to build a sales career in client consulting
Non-nurses with proven sales experience are welcome
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and recommend solutions
Results-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales targets and retention objectives

Responsibilities

Conduct client consultations, including skin and figure analysis
Recommend appropriate products, treatments, and wellness solutions based on client needs
Achieve individual sales and conversion targets consistently
Build strong relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences
Follow up with clients to support retention and repeat business
Support branch operations and customer service activities as needed
Maintain accurate client records and consultation documentation
Promote company programs, products, and services
