Salary Offer: 40,000 – 100,000 (depending on the position level)

L4 - 40K
L5 - 80K - 100K

• BPO experience is required for the role. For candidates outside location, we can process them as long as they are willing to work onsite either in Clark or Tarlac.

• At least 3 to 4 years current experience in sales management, outbound sales in a BPO setting. - this is non-negotiable

Proven Sales Coach experience in a BPO setting (non-negotiable). Outbound Sales experience in a BPO environment (non-negotiable). Hands-on experience in creating and facilitating learning courses specific to sales (required).
