Job description

Description and Requirements

Ensures that the program meets KPI requirements set by clients by identifying program challenges through data analysis. Implements action plans from project proposals to improve critical bottom-line results. Coaches agents on individual opportunities as required by the program and coordinates with Team Captains to ensure an efficient follow-through process.

  1. Listens to bottom performing Team Members identified as sales outliers in the program.
  2. Provides coaching and feedback centered around specific sales competencies, including but not limited to: probing questions, effective pitching, handling objections.
  3. Able to participate in site-wide initiatives to help drive sales (e.g., understanding current key client promotional offers and communicating this to frontline team members).
  4. Participates in triad sessions with operations team leaders or managers to provide sales-specific feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Product and Compass Certification, PEP Certification.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel). Training delivery skills are a plus.
  • Team player with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Adaptive to changing work schedules and hours.
  • Strong customer orientation.
  • Problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
  • Documentation and presentation skills.
  • Willing to work at multiple sites.
  • Ability to project a positive sales attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.

  • Event coordination and motivational skills are preferred.
