Responsibilities:

1. Consistently offers high level of customers’ satisfaction through excellent service.
2. Assists customers in the selection of merchandise, does suggestive selling of new products and on-going promotional items and directs them to the nearest counter for payment.
3. Replenishes and arranges stocks on display and ensures availability in the selling area.
4. Assists in the inventory taking: ensures the safety of merchandise and maintains the cleanliness of the selling area.
5. Engages with customers and endorses direct complaints to superior for proper handling (if any).
