A leading company in the marketing sector is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inquiries, assist clients with product information, and manage customer complaints. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and offers fresh graduates an opportunity to kickstart their careers in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and teamwork are essential.
Monitor online and call inquiries from potential buyers
Assist in locating products, answering questions about merchandise, and providing recommendations
Handling customer complaints and/or concerns with patience and professionalism
Monitor inventory levels and assist in local procurement if needed
Track receipts of clients and inform the accounting department
Stay informed about product features, specifications, and availability
Assist in booking online deliveries of ordered item/s
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in office administration, business and the related fields.
Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and professionalism in handling customers
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Able to work with a team and has a positive, friendly attitude
With good to excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, Social Media Apps etc.)
