Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product inquiries, selections, and purchases.
• Process customer orders and prepare sales-related documents.
• Provide accurate information regarding product prices, availability, and specifications.
• Record and update customer transactions in the sales ledger.
• Coordinate with the Cashier regarding customer payments and balances.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Staff regarding product availability and order preparation.
• Check product quantities and details before releasing orders.
• Arrange and coordinate delivery services (Lalamove or other authorized).
• Monitor delivery status and coordinate with customers and riders.
• Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
• Assist in monitoring customer balances and pending orders.
• Handle customer concerns and refer unresolved issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and Code of Conduct.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Management.
