Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented cashier to handle payments and transactions in a fast-paced retail setting. You will process cash, card, and digital payments, issue receipts, maintain accurate cash counts, and coordinate with Sales and Accounting to resolve payment concerns.

Fresh graduates are welcome; strong Excel and communication skills are preferred. The role requires maintaining a tidy cashier area and supporting daily sales reporting.

Qualifications

• Issue official receipts and ensure proper documentation of transactions.


• Handle cash, monitor the cash drawer, and ensure accurate cash counts.


• Assist customers with inquiries regarding payments, products, and purchases.


• Coordinate with the Sales and Accounting teams regarding transactions and payment concerns.


• Prepare and maintain daily sales and cash reports.


• Ensure proper recording and reconciliation of cash collections.


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area.


• Perform other cashiering and sales-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Previous experience as a Cashier, Sales Associate, or similar position is an advantage.


• Basic knowledge of cash handling, sales transactions, and payment processing.


• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is an advantage.
