What you'll be doing

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new clients

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients

  • Negotiate and close sales contracts while ensuring client satisfaction

  • Collaborate with the wider team to provide exceptional customer service

  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform sales plans

  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets

  • Contribute to the overall growth and success of the business

What we're looking for

  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a Sales Manager or Business Development Manager

  • Demonstrated track record of successfully identifying, qualifying, and converting sales leads

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with a wide range of stakeholders

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive informed decisions

  • Proficiency in using sales and marketing tools, such as CRM systems, lead generation platforms, and social media

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented, with a strong drive to succeed

  • Should be willing to work onsite on a shifting in BGC, Taguig
