Job summary

Olympic Village Enterprises Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate for SM Lipa in Batangas. You will promote the brand, assist customers, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

You will conduct inventory counts, receive and display items, and follow FIFO in stock handling. Strong sales performance and excellent communication are required, with availability to work retail store hours.

Qualifications

• At least a vocational diploma or short course certificate; college graduates are an advantage.
• Minimum 6 months of good selling performance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Hardworking, honest and people-oriented.
• Physically fit with a pleasing personality.
• Willing to work retail store hours and be assigned as Seasonal Sales Associate at SM Lipa.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the brand to customers and assists their needs.
• Assists customers and delivers friendly service.
• Conducts inventory counts and maintains stock accuracy.
• Receives, displays and pulls out items for customers.
• Follows FIFO in all stock handling.
