Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our growing team at KCC MALL OF MARBEL! The ideal candidate is customer-oriented, well-groomed, and driven to meet sales targets while delivering excellent service to every shopper.

As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall sales performance of our store.

What You'll Do

• Greet every customer with a friendly smile.

• Help them find the perfect products that match their needs.

• Handle cash, cards, and receipts efficiently at the counter.

• Maintain stock levels, perform inventory checks, and replenish supplies.

• Assist in visual merchandising, including eye-catching product displays and promotions.

• Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming.

• Digital Customer Service: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, reservations, and follow-ups via the store's Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and Viber accounts.

• Head Office Coordination: Use Gmail and Google Chat daily to send reports, communicate with the management team in Makati, and receive operational updates.

• Demonstrate strong product knowledge to confidently answer customer questions.

• Generate sales and meet/exceed daily or monthly quotas.

• Follow company policies, procedures, and loss prevention guidelines.

Who You Are

• Education: College level or Senior High School graduate.

• Tech-Savvy & Communication: Proficient in operating smartphone and desktop apps. Must be highly responsive on Google Chat, Gmail, FB Messenger, WhatsApp, and Viber.

• Appearance: Well-groomed, neat, professional, and approachable.

• Languages: Confident communicating in Chavacano, Filipino, and English.

• Skills: Math and computer-friendly with a strong attention to detail.

• Personality: Friendly, proactive, and a true team player.

• Experience: Previous 1 year retail, sales, or cashiering experience is preferred (eyewear/optical a plus)

• Health & Legal: Eligible to work legally and physically fit to stand for mall shifting hours.

• Flexibility: Willing to work holidays, weekends, extended hours, and shifting mall schedules.

• Reliability: No history of attendance or punctuality issues. Can start ASAP!
