Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a field sales professional to actively promote HC products at retail client points of sale. You will guide customers through the consumer finance application process and ensure proper documentation and policy compliance.

The role emphasizes field work, achieving sales plans, and maintaining a professional presence at POS while preserving company equipment and image.

Qualifications

• Preferably with sales frontline/field sales experience.
• At least high school graduate or finished Grade 10.

• Assist and guide customers to complete application for consumer finance products in accordance with internal policies and procedures and provide professional services.
• Prepare client documentation, collect information and work with the system.
• Take responsibility for risk arising on signed contract.
• Good cooperation with staff of POS, and good compliance with regulations of POS.
• Fulfill individual sales plans.
• Keep workplace clean and fully functional (table, IT equipment).
• Preserve and protect equipment supplied by the company.
• Keep good image of HC at POS.
